I waited to rent this movie after hearing mixed reviews. My son an action adventure lover; said it was great, as long as he removed the expectation of James Bond from his mind!

For my husband and I that was too difficult. I fell asleeep during the watch. The character of Bond was dissapointing and the action was so predictable that I snoozed. To me they removed the best elements of Bond and did not deliver the promise of any suspense. The "get me out" segments were laughable to my Bond mind.

Basically, it is difficult to give good reviews to a movie that had you snoozing. My husband turned it off, which doesn't mean a thing to you the reader, but speaks voumes to me about the movie's quality

If you are expecting a Bond movie, don't hold your breathe and dont' ask for a martini - shaken, not stirred. Embrace the technology, enjoy seeing the Bond Car, Bond Girl and the action. Just don't expect your typical Bond, James Bond in Quantam of Solace
