10 Homemade Body Scrub Recipes that Work

By Edited Dec 7, 2013 0 0

A body scrub should be part of your beauty or health routine. This removes all of the dead skin and allows the newer skin to be exposed. It also makes you feel fresher and rejuvenated after the whole process. If you go to a spa, you would normally have an exfoliating body scrub as one of the treatments that they provide.

There is no doubt, all of these treatments add up, and you will start to see that on your bills every month. On top of that, most of the time you can never be completely sure just what is in there.

However, fortunately there are a number of recipes for DIY body scrubs that you can make yourself, and these are freely available. You can find the ingredients in your kitchen, so this will end up costing you next to nothing.

Things like sea salt, olive oil, sugar and honey are a few of the things that are used in the process. These have proved to be very effective and don’t take much time to make either. All of these ingredients provide something different, and something really unique, so it is definitely worth reading about it. They are also dead simple to make.
