It can be a family friendly destination or you can make it into the perfect vacation for the young man who likes to party and meet women.

Regardless of who you are there are many reasons you should visit Brazil. Here are 10 hot reasons to Visit Brazil:

10. Christ the Redeemer Statue

This is one of the most famous and recognizable statues in the entire World. The Christ the Redeemer statue stands 130 feet tall! If you stand at the Base of this statue you will have one of the most beautiful scenes in all of South America as it looks over Rio de Janeiro and the water from up high.

Some of the most famous beaches in the World are located in Brazil. You can find beaches that are not very crowded, however the busier the beach is than the moor people watching you can do. From the women in bikinis, the beach volleyball, surfing, Frisbee, and many other things make a day at a busy Brazil beach a very memorable vacation.

Ouro Preto is a City in Brazil located in the beautiful Serra do Espinhaco Mountains. Ouro Preto is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The town of Ouro Preto is famous for the architecture.

Although there is a lot of mining in the area, the vast majority of the Ouro Preto economy is heavily dependent on tourism. Because Ouro Preto is so dependent on tourism the local people are extremely friendly towards visitors.

There are many things in Ouro Preto that are popular spots for tourists to visit. In addition there is also a popular Carnival celebration that attracts thousands of people to Ouro Preto each year.

2. Iguazu Falls

Iguazu Falls is a collection of spectacularly beautiful waterfalls located on the Iguazu River. One of the coolest waterfalls in this region is the powerful and fast flowing Union Fall. This waterfall can often be heard from miles away as the water is moving so fast.

Iguazu Falls is only partially located with the Boundaries of Brazil, with the rest of the Iguazu Falls being located within Argentina. If you get to visit the Iguazu Falls when you travel to Brazil then you should also visit the Argentina part of Iguazu Falls. This will not only give you a new perspective on the waterfall but will also give you bragging rights as you can claim yet another foreign Country that you have visited.

Carnival is an annual celebration that is held in places around the Country. Within Brazil numerous areas will hold Carnival celebrations. Among the more famous Carnival celebrations are those that take place in Rio de Janeiro.

The Carnival festival begins 46 days before Easter. Carnival is a weeklong party. Almost all industries shut down so that the people can party hard and celebrate Carnival. Unless you work in certain industries such as selling beer or food, then you will probably be off of work so that you can celebrate the most famous holiday that Brazil offers.

Each year the Carnival celebrations in Brazil attract millions of people, with the largest being the Rio de Janeiro Carnival party. Different regions of Brazil will celebrate Carnival in different ways; however the end result is often the same and that is a lot of partying, music, drinking, pretty girls dancing, fireworks, and decorations everywhere. This is like Mardi Gras but even more extreme. Carnival Brazil could easily be the largest party ever, and they hold it every year. Brazil definitely knows how to throw a large and wild party. Lodging during Carnival will cost more during the Carnival celebration; however it is well worth it if you can plan on being in Brazil during Carnival.
