McDonald's....the healthy choice!
Conclusion
McDonald's seems to be getting a bad rap when compared to the other burger boys. They don't have a single burger over 800 calories, but Burger King, Wendy's, Carl's Jr., and Hardees have several that make the cut (I left many of them out). I personally believe that McDonald's is afraid of healthcare lawsuits and prefers to lay low, sticking to a tad healthier menu than the other burger joints.
Probably the most obvious point to take away from the list is to avoid any burger with bacon. They are all loaded with calories and trans fat.
Confession: I'm dying for a burger after writing this. =)

Hey babyching, thanks for becoming my friend =)
Hi Babyching. Interesting article!
Kind of disgusting, but does make me hungry...lol...
Wow - that was interesting. Who would have thought!!
I'd love to try them all but can't but help think you've missed out this one http://www.thisisbristol.co.uk/news/Bristol-burger-biggest-Britain/article-1372450-detail/article.html
Great article, I knew there was a reason I still liked Big Mac's.
Very enlightening, although I don't venture to fast food places hardly ever. :):)
And we wonder why there are so many people who struggle with their weight! I think this article explains it all. Great information about the ingredients and bad stuff in fast food!
And thanks for becoming a friend!
Very good information. It is really great information and useful...
Thank you
Hello,
Very good article. When I clicked onto "Big Mac" found it very interesting on how pretty much the whole menue of "McDonalds" and its contents is listed.
Your food jokes are funny and a fatty burger is for one of those lazy days when you do not have to get going.
However, when I gave birth to my Son "Eddie" on April 2nd 1995 in the State of Georgia U.S.A. Glenice went and got me a "Big Mac Meal" as that is all I wanted when I realised I was hungry.
Very well written and very educational on nutrients.
Got your message on becoming friends and clicked onto your link.
Hello Babychung,
Ellen NiB.
Very informative article and congrats on front page!
Listen Sweetie, your profile picture is really blurry. Think about changing it, it would raise your credibility.
Wow. Excellent article on nutrition.
Well written. Thank you for the reminder. I'm a huge fan of bacon, but I will leave it off my burger. ~ Starri
The 2/3 lb. Monster Thickburger nearly has 100g of fat? That is incredibly unhealthy! Good review.
Thank you for making me hungry!!!! Your next article shall be on ice cream, or I hope so.
Wow, and I always thought Mickey Dee's was the worst. Guess I won't deny myself that Big Mac anymore! Thanks for the review.
That lot isn't food it's poison. This is the reason why youngsters are getting heavier and have more health problems
Neat Article very well written, Good Job !
By those numbers, it almost makes a Big Mac look like health food in comparison... off to Mickey D's for me!

Great lunch room trivia - thanks for the info
I believe Burger King is to bring out a pizza with a burger inside it that is to be launched in New York very soon. I cannot remember the fat content off-hand but I do know it's 2,500 calories a pop and women are only supposed to have around that per day.
Great article by the way. Well-researched! :-)
They might be unhealthy but it sure makes me hungry!
Thanks for taking the time to gather the info. I avoided Burger King because their Whopper was way too caloric. Now I know to stay away from the others as well.
Should you care to update this article one day, you should also include non-fast food burgers, like Ruby Tuesday's, which also blows the 1000 calorie mark.
i must say you have succeeded in making me extremely hungry...
Thanks for posting this truth.
