Day 1: Fruit and Vegetable Juices
Start your day by drinking fruit or vegetable juice. Have just juice for all three meals. In order to get the most minerals and vitamins out of each drink, make them as fresh as possible.
Day one has been said to be one of the hardest days. Drink as many fruit and vegetable juices that you can. You can try V8 juices, orange, mango, lemon or lime. Try to find drinks that are sugar free or low in sugar. On day one your can also drink mineral water that is unsweetened or decaf tea.

Day 2: Potato
Today is about potatoes because they contain the essential nutrient potassium. Boil 1 and half pounds of potatoes and place them into three equal portions. Breakfast today contains one slice of bread and 3.5 oz of cheese. Today's lunch is all about potatoes so mash them, boil them, mix them with milk and dill or parsley or create a great tasting potatoes soup.
Day 3: Rice
In unsalted boiling water, add 7 oz of rice and make using the following instructions. After straining the water, divide the rice into 5 portions and eat one portion every two hours. Drink a lot of water, coffee or tea as long as none of them contain sugar.
Day 4: Fruit
Start your day off with a slice of bread and 3.5 oz of cheese along with either a pear or an apple.
Today is all about fruits for the rest of the day. Combine them for a great tasting salad or other dishes as long as you get approximately three pounds total throughout the day. However, you can not have any bananas. Make sure that you continue to drink plenty of water.
