21-Day Meditation Challenge DAY 21

By Edited Nov 13, 2013 0 0

Day 21!! This may be the end of the program, however, it is a beginning of a lifetime that includes meditation. After completing the challenge and seeing the incredible benefits of meditation, you will want to continue your meditation practice. The beauty of this program is that you can download the meditations so you can use them over and over again.

This wonderful program will help you choose a more positive path. You can get up each day expecting another miserable day and it will be, or you can get up each day expecting and awesome day!! AND IT WILL BE! Choose to see the miracle in life not all the petty things that you can complain about. If your coffee is too cold, just heat it up! You do not want to be like the women who did not get her chicken McNuggets and beat the crap out of the poor cashier! I mean really, was that really the worst thing that could happen to her? Everyone knows McDonalds does not serve lunch until 11:00 a.m. She was so filled with anger that she took it out on a cashier that is just trying to make a living. All because some compressed pieces of chicken!

Meditation will help you control your anger, find out why you are angry and set you on a path of healing. If you are struggling with sadness or depression, meditation can help you look within for solutions. It is not a cure all, but it sure helps! We to often look outside of ourselves, we need to look within first. The outside is only a result of what we focus on inside. Jesus said heaven is inside of us and outside of us. What we have inside is projected to the outside of us. We have more control of our live than we believe. Meditation helps you gain that control back.

October the challenge begins again. Do yourself a favor and sign up for this FREE program! This may be the one thing that will actually help you get on the path of a happier and more joyful life. If anything, it will help you relieve a great deal of stress and relieving stress helps your state of health. This program is FREE and the meditations are only ten to twenty minutes in length. This will truly be the most productive part of your day.
