Get The Increase Of Testosterone Naturally!

Avoid The Fatigue, Depressive Moods and More

Everyone has heard of testosterone at one point in their lifetime. You might know it by its reputation of being an illegal drug and a substance that you shouldn’t be using.

You don’t need to be an expert to know that taking extra testosterone is banned in most sports and competitions. When an Olympic athlete is discovered using testosterone, it hits every news channel with stories that only make you think negative about the hormone.

It is considered cheating when these athletes start doping with testosterone. It’s well known they take it to enhance their performance both physically and mentally.

Testosterone is actually an essential hormone that you cannot live without. While it is a predominant male hormone, it is found in both men and women. It plays a crucial role in both genders that is quite underestimated. If your levels of testosterone are low, you may experience many symptoms which would affect your daily life.

Testosterone is not needed for survival, though in recent studies it has been proven that men with normal levels live longer than those with low testosterone.

Men with insufficient testosterone with experience less sleep, decreased bone density and muscle mass. Just these three symptoms (there’s more!) will be enough to lower the quality of your life for both men and women.

People with low testosterone will have everything from emotional to physical problems. There’s no way to tell if a person testosterone levels without a test done. It is strongly recommended to get a test done.

Normal testosterone levels will promote a sense of well-being, higher bone density and muscle mass. It doesn’t stop there; it also increases libido, energy, sleep quality and lower fat storage.

Testosterone Levels

If your testosterone is lower than normal, there are many ways you can raise it naturally without purchasing any supplements or drugs.

Many supplements out there claim to be the next natural testosterone booster but you may just need a change in your lifestyle. Even with the best testosterone booster, you may not benefit from it if you’re leading yourself with a poor diet and lifestyle.

Start making the changes in your life now if you would like to see your testosterone levels raise well beyond low levels. Sometimes you can even double your testosterone levels naturally without taking any supplements or drugs. I will show you the proven and effective ways below.

Get The Best Out Of Your Daily Life

What you do everyday, all day from morning to-night, will show how well your body will do. Have you heard of "You are what you eat"? This is the same idea, you are what you do.

If you binge drink every weekend or every chance you get, your body will not be at its healthiest state. People will notice your beer belly at one point in the future and your reflection to others will appear as one who is a weekend warrior drinker.

You will  rarely ever find an overweight person who eats healthy and doesn't overeat with their meals. Someone with a higher muscle mass and less fat storage will have habits of one who eats healthy.

If your diet is off and you're eating foods that your body is not designed to eat, it will not function at it's best. Drinking soda will never replace the water that your body needs. And eating a bowl of popcorn with the same calories as a salad with eggs will never give your body the nutrition that it needs.

Your body uses every food it's given to consume. If you are low on zinc, vitamin D, C or any of the nutrients and vitamins, you may be producing less testosterone than you should be. Zinc is one of the nutrients that helps your body produce more testosterone but that alone will not be enough as you should have a balanced diet.

There are the best foods for boosting your testosterone levels but if you are missing one thing from your diet, you may not benefit from eating those foods. Like if you are not hydrated (with water!) on a regular basis, your body (made of 70% water)will not be able to transport and digest the nutrients that you eat.

With that being said, your diet should have fats, proteins and carbohydrates (not refined white sugar). Aim to have more fish, avocados, eggs, garlic, oysters and milk. After you find out how beneficial these foods are, you may eat them for a day, or a week or even a month and then roll back to your old diet. Don't do that!

Make it a habit to eat these kinds of foods and include them with your diet. With healthy activity, you'll choose better foods for your self to eat before and after your activities.

Fish have fatty acids which is essential for proper function of your hormones. These fats are actually healthy for you. They are natural and they are not made from factories like corn oil would be.

Eggs have cholesterol and protein that is more than 90% bio available which means your body will digest this better than other meats and protein sources. And oysters have zinc and milk has vitamin D. Yes the sun can help you with your vitamin D.

Get outside in the sun for at least 15 minutes at a time, a few times a day for the best results.

Include these foods in your diet for the best of your testosterone function!

Make sure you get your sleep and manage your stress levels. Stress will cause a release in cortisol which lowers your testosterone. If your sleep is off, you will not be able to recover from your stressful days and your body will not be able to work at it's best.

For the best results, sleep at the same time every night and wake up without an alarm clock. By sleeping early, you can be sure that you can get enough sleep and you'll wake up without needing an alarm.

No exercise, means lower health!

You don't need a gym membership to get the best out of your body. Your body is designed to move and by being sedentary, you will actually suffer. By sitting all day, your bones and muscles get weaker. Without putting them to use, your body will have no purpose for its muscle mass and bone density.

If you don't use what you have, you will slowly lose it. You may have heard that saying before and it is true.

You can do fantastic workouts right where you are. You just need to be creative. If you really wanted to take advantage of your health, you would find a way to train. You need to spend a penny for a membership or a trainer.

The fitness industry is worth billions of dollars and it's marketing for its equipment is incredible. If you realized how much of the workouts they have to offer right at your home, they would lose business so that's one of the reasons why our creativity may have been sucked out of our brains!

You don't need one hour to workout, you can do a workout in 12 to 15 minutes. Get moving, you can do 5 minute intervals a few times a day for the best results. You probably already walk to your fridge or walk to the car in the parking lot and you may have not noticed any benefits so low intensity will not be as effective as high intensity. Get your heart pumping as much as possible after warming up. Get walking for a few minutes, move your muscles around and prepare for a quick high intensity workout. Don't expect to be superman at the first workout.

Do as much as possible after your warm up. Do a workout in 3 to 10 minutes. Warm up should only take 2 to 5 minutes. Find something you can lift like a chair for as many times as you can than walk around for 30 to 60 seconds than return to lifting that weighted item like a chair or even your kids if you have any. This is functional and you will use this in life. You will never find yourself in a machine while performing your daily chores. So doing lifting with items you have around the house will benefit your regular lifestyle.

Challenge yourself, you should be increasing the intensity each workout. Don't forget you only need a few minutes to really get sweaty and don't do it on a full stomach. Make sure you do it before you eat your meal. If you just had breakfast, lunch or dinner, you need anywhere around 1 hour to 3 hours depending on how much you had to eat. Eggs usually take 3 hours because of the fat content and oatmeal or carbohydrates usually just need an hour.

Why high intensity? Your body produces more testosterone when high intensity workouts is done. Low intensity is done by anyone and everyone who exercises, it is not beneficial for muscle mass and fat burning.

Combine both, low and high intensity for the best results. You can support or increase your muscle mass with high intensity.

Look at a sprinter compare them to a marathon runner. You will even find fat on the marathon runner, so why not increase the intensity and enjoy the fat burning for days after your first workout!
