2) Be Held Accountable - Nobody wants to look like a failure in front of others.Â That is why you should let everybody know about your intentions and goals.Â Post it on your Facebook, Twitter, talk to your friends and family about it, do whatever you have to do to spread the word that you are going to achieve your goal.Â If you reach your goal, you can proudly tell everyone you did.Â If you didnât you risk making yourself look like a lazy failure.Â This will keep you motivated, knowing that other people are following your progress, and that you donât want to let them down.
3) Find a Reward - Although achieving your goal will have itâs own benefit in itself, find some physical reward to give yourself.Â Whether it may be a new pair of clothes, a night out to eat, or a day at the spa, write it down and post it where you will see it every day.Â Make sure it is something you have been wanting really badly.Â This will keep you motivated knowing that all you have is reach your goal and you will receive this reward!
