During this process, your body is able to take the necessary calories, or fat, and use it to rejuvinate the parts of the body that need to be fixed. The more sleep you get, the more time you are giving your body to fix itself.

The rule of thumb is you should always be drinking 128 ounces of water a day. If you are drinking the water, then the diet soda is fine. Just remember that consistency is everything.
