4 Tips To Lose More Weight With Cardio
Doing cardio has long been the weapon of choice of millions in the war on fat. You may do regular workouts yourself.
Cardio can indeed be an effective way to lose weight, but when you go into a gym you notice that some people who do cardio regularly fail to get adequate results while others seem to do so quickly.
To help you be one of those who succeeds with cardio and does it correctly, I've compiled these tips:
1. Do a number of cardio workouts, not just one – Some people love running, others are into wimming or cycling. Each of these workouts trains the body in a different way so it's worthwhile doing them all. Unless you're getting ready for a race, why limit yourself to just a single workout? Do many and you will achieve great results.
2. Do cardio early in the morning – Research has shown that when you do cardio early in the morning, before eating breakfast, you burn more fat calories. This is probably due to the fact that
you haven't eaten since the night before and now your body doesn't have a ready supply of calories to work with. It simply has to use your stored fat as a source of energy.
3. Do both low and high intensity cardio – Too many people do either intervals or steady paced workouts for a long time. You can combine the two by first doing intervals until you feel that you can't do anymore, and then continue with low intensity cardio to burn even more calories. One program which uses both of these forms of cardio is Kyle Leon's Customized Fat Loss.
4. Do cardio by itself and not after weight training – Naturally, this requires more of your time but it is also more effective. You will simply have more energy with which to do an effective workout.
I hope that these cardio tips have proven useful to you and that you'll take them to heart and apply them. I believe that if you do,
you will find it easier to get good results with your workouts.
