Or wish you didn't know for that matter.
Adventure time has been growing drastically in popularity since it's release in 2010. Whether you're a die hard fan or just tune in periodically, you'll be sure to find this list amusing.
1.) Every episode of Adventure Time includes a short scene with a snail waving at it's viewers. This is a running joke in the Adventure Time show. Think you can find him?
2.) The world Finn and Jake live in was torn apart by the 'Mushroom War' some 1000 years before their time. This is steadily hinted at throughout the series. From mentions of Finn being the only human left to the Ice King's past being revealed, showing him actually living in civilisation. This has puzzled viewers since the dawn of the show. Even with the occasional hints at the world's past Adventure Time keeps its viewers guessing on what exactly happened. In one episode Finn and Marceline delve deep into Finn's memories, and eventually we see Finn as a young baby dancing in a seemingly operating hotel; we don't see any other humans, though. The show seems to paint an underlining theme of Finn searching for any other remaining humans.
3.) The episode 'What Was Missing' points towards a supposed past relationship between Marceline and Princess Bubblegum. This caused a great deal of controversy but the episode continues to air on occasional reruns. It has been said that the writers of the show wanted to see how people reacted if they implied there was a previous lesbian relationship. That being said, it wasn't taken very well.
4.) Finn ages with every new season of the show. That's right, Finn ages a year for each new season. As of 2012 he was 14 years old.
5.) If you translate the conversations between Jake and his girlfriend, spoken in Japanese, you'll find rather raunchy dialogue. Going as far as running naked through a field. Good thing they don't put the translations on screen, as that might be more controversial than Marceline and Princess Bubblegums lesbian past.
This show has always had it's share of border-line humor, from over flirtatious dialogue between Jake and his girlfriend to sperm-like souls flopping around in the sky; you'll rarely ever have a bad time watching Adventure Time.
