5 Easy Weight Loss Secrets

Losing weight can be difficult. Could you be making a common weight loss mistake? These 5 secrets will help you shed those unwanted pounds faster.

  1. Do not skip meals! Try to eat 3 square meals a day with 2 snacks in between.
  2. Stay Hydrated. The more you drink the less hungry you will feel. Often we mistake thirst for hunger. Before you reach for that extra snack, down a calorie free drink, and wait for 20 minutes. Chances are you weren't as hungry as you thought.
  3. Stop eating when you're full. Only eat as much as your body needs. If you're full, pack up the rest of your meal for another day.
  4. Portion size is the key. Knowing what a serving of your favourite food is is the key to weight loss. It is possible to eat too much of a good thing!
  5. Reward yourself! At the end of the week, reward yourself with a little treat for all your hard work. This gives you something to look forward to and helps to maintain a good balance.

Actually the tip is to stop eating when we think the intake of food is enough. Some of us dont feel full until a few minutes later.

Practical tips. I've begun using a slightly smaller plate so true portion sizes don't seem dwarfed on my dinner plate.
