I was impressed when I learned the American Heart Association endorses a physical activity program that includes the Wii. It stands as testimony to the effectiveness of the health benefits. Thanks for bringing these Wii options to my attention.

Thanks for mentioning this. It's pretty cool that a person can actually burn calories playing Wii games. Some are better than others, of course, but many of the fitness games are really fun!
