Ninja Blender recipes: Guacamole

This is a perfect summer recipe, and it’s so quick and easy! Out of all the Ninja blender recipes, your appetizer will be the talk of your summer engagement with this simple Ninja blender guacamole recipe.

2 avocados

½ cup minced onion

2 serrano peppers, minced

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

½ teaspoon kosher salt

½ cup chopped tomato

Black pepper to taste

A pinch of lime zest (optional)

Cut avocados in half. Remove the seeds and place the pulp in the blender.

After prepping the other ingredients, place in the blender.

Don’t worry about being too diligent in your chopping because the Ninja Blender will pick up wherever you left off!

Blend until you reach desired consistency. I like mine slightly chunky, but if you like incredibly smooth guacamole, the Ninja Blender can accommodate that preference as well!

Place in a serving bowl. Garnish with optional lime zest and serve with tortilla chips.

Ninja Blender recipes: Creamy Tomato Basil Blender Soup

This is one of my favorite Ninja Blender recipes – you will never have to go into another restaurant to find delicious tomato basil soup with your Ninja Blender recipes for tomato soup on hand!

2 tablespoons butter

½ cup chopped onion

2 14 oz cans of diced tomatoes

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons fresh minced basil

Saute the onion in butter until it becomes soft and translucent.

Add the tomatoes (do not strain; add liquid from can as well) and broth; bring to a boil.

Simmer contents for 5 minutes to give the vegetables time to cook and heat the contents.

Add the now-heated contents to your Ninja Blender and puree until smooth.

Stir in the heavy cream and season as desired.

Garnish generously with the fresh basil, either in your serving pot or provide it to guests to garnish their own soups.

Ninja Blender recipes: Simple Hollandaise Sauce

Everyone’s grandmother has that perfect hollandaise sauce recipe. Each and every one of us are constantly seeking to replicate it. Well, now you can, but without the painstaking process used by those in generations before us! This recipe is so delicious and so simple. Eggs Benedict is a hard enough dish without the stress of making the perfect sauce accompaniment, so use the Ninja blender recipes for this Hollandaise sauce and enjoy your stress-free breakfast!

3 egg yolks

¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce

1 stick salted butter

Using your Ninja Blender, combine the egg yolks, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and Tabasco. Simply blend until combined – it should only take a few seconds.

Fully melt the butter in the microwave, about one minute. Pour it into your Ninja Blender and blend on high speed. This will quickly thicken your sauce to the desired hollandaise consistency.

Hollandaise is most desirable served hot, although this process will prevent your sauce from separating as it may in other recipes. If you do not plan on using it immediately, place your Ninja blender in warm water as you prepare the rest of the ingredients to keep the sauce at a warm temperature.

Ninja Blender recipes: Quick and easy Blackberry Ice Cream

This ice cream recipe is so quick and easy and will have your guests wondering if you slaved over an ice cream maker for half the day in preparation for their potential visit. But you know better! Ninja blender recipes for ice cream will save you time AND money!

Pour half of the heavy cream and the package of berries in the Ninja Blender. Blend until the berries are chopped to desired consistency.

Add the vanilla extract and the remainder of the heavy cream. Blend the contents until fully incorporated and of desired consistency. Serve immediately, or freeze and use within a week.
