5 STEPS TO POSITIVE THINKING

You'll never get what you want out of your life
if you don't know what it is you want. Somewhere
deep in your brain you know what you want and
have ideas kicking around that you want to take
out for a test drive.

But most people don't have a clear vision of
exactly what they want because they are too busy
to sit down and think it through.

So here are 5 tips that will make that happen:

1. Your conscious mind is like the captain of a
ship. Your subconscious is like the sailors.
Decide with your conscious mind what it is you
want to focus on. What is the ONE overriding goal
that you have? Focus on that.

2. Tell your subconscious mind what your focus
is. Use constructive language, not destructive
language. Let yourself imagine and visualize what
you want; don't just use words.

3. Don't just react to things. Initiate. Take
action. Anyone can talk but action means you are
living your life by design.

4. Dwell in a place of gratitude. When a car runs
low on gas you take it to the gas station, right?
One of the best ways to refill your own tank when
you are lagging is to think about something you
are grateful for. Even if your life is a train
wreck at the moment there's always something that
you can be thankful for; focus on that for a few
minutes each day. Praise the good stuff that's
all around you.

5. Keep humor at the forefront. The best way to
do this is to just loosen up and be yourself. It
doesn't mean you have to be the life of the party
or perform to others' expectations. It just means
your ability to see humor will be easier if you
just learn to feel at ease being yourself.

You'll notice that those above tips don't rely on
things outside yourself. You see, money isn't the cause of your
problems...or your happiness. A romantic relationships isn't the cause. A bigger house...nicer car....perfect health....losing weight and weighing what you did
in high school...these aren't the cause either.

It's your MIND that is the cause.

The good news is that you don't have to buy
supplements or eat certain super foods or go get
some alternative treatment every month.

All the power is already in your mind.
