5 Simple Steps To Drop 5 Pounds In 7 Days

How would you like to be able to naturally drop 5 pounds of fat in 7 days from now? Well, the first thing I recommend you do is take look at this article here! In this article I'm going to share with you 5 very effective, very simple, and more importantly... VERY natural ways that you can start losing a lot of weight beginning today.

Drinking more water will end up causing pounds of fat to melt away given that it will detoxify your body, boost your metabolism, and more. Also, drinking a ton of water (along with decreasing your sodium intake) will in fact actually help you lose water weight as well.

2.) The "Did I Just Exercise" Cardio Workout - What do I mean by that? Well, I'm talking about doing short high intensity cardio routines. Doing long duration cardio works... but primarily for those who are already in shape! If you want to be able to drop 5 pounds in 7 days, then I recommend you do short high intensity cardio routines.

The reason this type of exercising is so effective is because it will skyrocket your metabolism (along with your resting metabolic rate), it burns off a ton of calories, and it will maintain muscle tissue!

Examples of this exercise would be sprinting, playing sport activities, and H.I.I.T (high intensity interval training).

3.) Get Attention! - Nothing will get you noticed more than being slim AND muscular. Now yes, being slim is attractive, but if you add in muscle (no matter if you are a man or woman), you are certainly going to turn heads!

Now hear me out on this: You DO NOT have to get gigantic muscles, you simply need to build lean muscle. Doing so will boost your metabolism and by having more muscle tissue on your body, you will actually burn off calories on autopilot since the body has to burn calories in order to build muscle cells!

4.) What You Put In Your Stomach Is The #1 Focus - It doesn't matter how much you exercise, what supplements you take, etc., if you are not getting 100% proper nutrition, then you results are going to be little to none. Food is the ultimate secret to unlock an amazing body. Therefore, I strongly recommend you avoid going on fad diets (such as low-calorie and low-carb programs). More effective diets would be programs that are based on eating all types of foods and using those foods to increase your metabolism.

5.) Speaking Of The Metabolism - Boosting your metabolism (naturally) is another surefire way to lose 5 pounds in a week. This can happen by following the 4 tips I mentioned above, getting more sleep, drinking lots of green tea, and going on effective metabolism boosting programs.
