A Brief Look At Available Slatwall Accessories
Putting together a slatwall system can be a daunting task if you are attempting to fit out a store for the first time. The need to try to make the most of the space that is available in the store can lead you to try to get innovative with your choices, but with so many different products to help you, it should be possible to achieve a design that will make the most of the space and will allow the important products to be displayed to their full potential.
So what are some of the important slatwall accessories that should be used?
Slatwall panels – we should start with the panels themselves. They are available in a range of colors and finishes and the grooves may be anywhere from the standard 3" apart to versions with wider slats. The panels are easy to install and may be cut to size to fit any room.
Slatwall Shelving – shelves are available in all kinds of sizes and depths, You can buy metal shelves or wooden shelves and they can be used for any number of purposes. Thanks to the design of the panels these shelves are capable of holding heavy loads while remaining firmly anchored to the wall.
Slatwall Brackets – heavy duty brackets may be used if you are planning on using alternative types of shelving such as glass shelves. The brackets can be bought in a variety of sizes from the small 4" brackets up to the 12" brackets and beyond.
Slatwall Display Stands – slatwall panels don't necessarily have to be affixed to the wall. If you want to use the panels as a means of displaying items it is possible to sit them in the display stand and the panels may then become a centre feature in the store. These stands are also useful when displaying products at exhibitions.
Slatwall Leaflet Holders – no matter whether you are displaying goods in the store or at an exhibition there often comes literature which should be displayed along with the product. This literature can be placed into a leaflet holder which can be hooked into place next to the products.
Slatwall Prong Arms – in order to hang multiple products on single hooks you will often find prong arms in use. These prong arms are heavy duty and are generally equipped with a powder coating and a rubber stopper on the end to avoid spearing products and people.
These are only a few of the many slatwall accessories that are available to use with slatwall panels.
