A Comparison between the Dutailer and the Shermag Glider Rocker

There are two top sellers of glider rockers. The two brands are Dutailer and Shermag. The cost is going to be different even though they are quite similar in some ways and offer features that are unique to each glider rocker.

One difference is the finish of the wood that they are made out of. Shermag comes standard in cherry wood and Dutailer typically comes in an oak finish. Any baby's room or family room is going to be complimented by either of these rockers.

If you want a footstool to go with your glider rocker, then Shermag may offer a better deal. You can get the footstool in a package that is about the same cost as the Dutailer as a stand-alone rocker. You can purchase a footstool separately to match the Dutailer as it does not come with one.

The Dutailer does not have some of the standard features that are common with the Shermag. If you want places to store items in the chair, you should look at Shermag. There are pockets that are located on the side of the chair where you can store common items such as the TV paper and remote control.

You are going to need to have either chair delivered and some assemblage is going to be required. One issue with the Shermag glider chair is that some people complain that they are missing screws in the packaging.. You can replace these for pennies at your local DIY store so this is a minor inconvenience.

The great thing is that both rockers are known for their quality of construction. Either is also going to be comfortable for those who want to relax. Matching you existing color scheme is not going to be a problem as there are many colors in both styles of glider rockers to choose from.
