Just as lycopene can help treat prostate cancer it can only do so if the body absorbs it.
A quality prostate cancer diet is not complex; it merely contains as many vegetables as possible and particularly those which have been shown to help prevent prostate cancer. Include as many vegetables in your diet as possible and pair your tomatoes with broccoli and good fats which are included in your typical LDL cholesterol diet and you should be on your way to minimizing your risks for developing prostate cancer.
