Design

This laptop is made from black gloss plastic with only silver Lenovo lettering to distinguish it. The keyboard area is made from a black brushed metal which does not show your fingerprints as much as the glossy black lid, and adds a slightly more premium feel to the computer.

Keyboard and touchpad

The Lenovo G570 has a large touchpad that is easy to use and accurate. It also features multitouch technology allowing you to scroll webpage’s and navigate documents much more easily. The keyboard, with its brushed metal surround, is large due to it being a 15.6 inch laptop. Keys on the laptop are spread out making the keyboard feel spacious and comfortable to use.

Software

The Lenovo laptop comes with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, the latest version of Microsoft's operating system. It also comes with Lenovo ReadyComm and energy management features which are intended to increase and preserve battery life.

Pro’s

  • Fast performance
  • Large hard drive
  • Plenty of RAM

Is it right for you?

This laptop offers a good compromise between price and performance. It design might leave some people lacking inspiration, but it comes with traditional Lenovo build quality. It will be suitable for those people looking for a standard laptop for everyday use, and those people with small businesses.

Conclusion

As ever before you buy any product, especially high-value items such as laptops, you should attempt to try out the laptop in a store. The Lenovo G570 comes in several different variations but the fundamental design should remain the same even if has different processes and other specifications.
