Pros

- Easy to assemble
- Portable
- Can be used at home
- Easy to store

Cons

- The knee pads aren't comfortable and may indeed hurt
- The machine doesn't provide a good enough workout in the opinion of some people
- The full price of the Ab Circle Pro is over $200 which is a bit expensive.
- You can't get flat abs by doing just ab workouts. You need to eat right and to get fit all over to do that.
- People with back problems may find this machine problematic

Full Review

The Ab Circle Pro is a fitness machine that's promoted heavily on TV. As always, the infomercial seems highly impressive with gorgeous models showing their tight stomachs and swearing by this machine.

But as we all know, infomercials and reality are two very different things and so I decided to do a little digging and discovered what people really say about the Ab Circle.

I hope that this list of pros and cons that's based on my research has helped you make an informed decision about the Ab Circle Pro. I doubt that it can deliver the results the infomercial promises. However, you may still consider getting it if you feel that it will make you workout more.

In Closing

All in all, there are mixed reviews about the Ab Circle Pro. Some people say good things while others say it's a scam.

I recommend reading this Ab Circle Pro Review to see exactly what people say and whether this machine is worth the price.
