Acai berry powder is a processed form of the Acai berry. In the plants, they process the acai berry to turn it into a powder before freeze drying it to preserve the nutritional value of the berry itself.

According to Wikipedia, freeze dried acai powder was found to have high antioxidant activity against superoxide (1614 units/g) and peroxyl radicals (1027 Î1/4mol TE/g) and milder activity for peroxynitrite and hydroxyl radicals.The powder was reported to inhibit hydrogen peroxide-induced oxidation in neutrophils, and to have a slight stimulatory effect on nitric oxide production by lipopolysaccharide-stimulated macrophages in vitro.

So the short answer is yes, Acai berry powder does still contain high levels of antioxidants just like the fruit itself.
