4. Hot Cayenne

Though you may not believe that this is a treatment for acid reflux, and more of something you should avoid, cayenne pepper can help your situation if it is of the dried variety. The negative effects of the acid can go away, including its harmful effects and the dried pepper can turn into an antiseptic rather than an item that may hurt you further. Cayenne pepper contains high doses of vitamin C and beta carotene which will benefit you in many healthy ways, besides being a cure for heartburn.

5. This is Nuts!

If you are looking for acid reflux relief, try consuming almonds as it has given some that suffer relief.

If you are not cured by any of the acid reflux treatments listed above, there is no reason to worry as there is a plethora of remedies for heartburn available and it will only take a bit of searching to find the cure that works for you.
