The vitamins responsible for regulating sebum are Vitamins A and B and you can find those vitamins in green vegetables, carrots, apricots, and berries.

Finally, you should avoid excess stress. When your body's hormones are out of whack (like during pregnancy or puberty) stress can cause your body to overproduce hormones which can affect the health of your body in many ways including causing acne on your skin. So, try to avoid excess stress and even try out activities that reduce stress in your body. Exercise can reduce stress as well as meditation.

So, in conclusion, there are ways without medicine that can help you with your acne skin care. Proper daily cleaning rituals, eating right, and avoiding stress are all things you can do that will reduce your acne and even get rid of it.
