Home remedies for all types of acne scarring

Rose water. Many people are unaware of the many anti-oxidants a rose has but few know the benefits and they all have smooth as butter faces. To make this remedy, you will need a cup of water and about six or seven rose pedals to place in the cup till the solution turns red. You will then need to swab the solution on the affected areas with a cotton ball.

Honey. Many people don’t realize how beneficial honey is to the skin or the fact that you can use it on acne scarring. You will need to apply a thin layer of honey and leave it on the affected areas for about ten to fifteen minutes before completely rinsing. You can also eat honey and it will help your skin a lot.

Cucumber juice. Cucumbers have always been known to have vitamin E but cucumber juice is the real secret to this remedy. Blending up cucumbers and drinking with a little salt is probably one of the best things you can do for your skin. You can also use a cotton ball to apply the cucumber juice to the affected scarring areas.

Drink a lot of water. Water has always been known to get rid of toxins in the body but what you probably didn’t know is that water increases skin cell turnover and helps skin to heal much faster. So drinking those eight glasses of water daily might not be such a bad idea if you suffer from any type of acne scarring.

Eat plenty of strawberries. Not only do strawberries have vitamin E and other skin healing antioxidants, but they are great for your immune system. When your immune system is running effectively, skin heals much faster and so does acne scarring.

All-in-one remedy. If you really want to make a difference in your skin and heal up your acne scars, you can blend all of the above into one cup and use a cotton ball to soak up all of the remedies and apply to the affected areas. Sense strawberries and roses might be a little on the expensive side to some, you can now store these in one glass with a lid.
