Treat Parkinson's Disease with Prevention

Parkinson's disease is a neurological disease that is not curable. People who suffer from this condition typically continue to get worse as time passes. Unfortunately a cause for Parkinson's has not yet been identified by scientists nor has a cure. Considering the mystery behind Parkinson's however, we do know a few things in particular one of which leads us to some clues about what might be a contributing cause of Parkinson's disease.

It seems that people who have experienced close contact with various toxins or pesticides have a higher propensity for developing the condition. It's not that the condition is very widespread, only two tenths of one percent of American's are diagnosed with Parkinson's and Parkinson's Disease does not even fall in the leading causes of death in the US but people who consume more organic foods likely have a better chance at avoiding the disease. In effect avoiding toxins and pesticides in your food is an effective Parkinson's disease treatment via prevention.

Of all the foods that can be purchased in conventional form and in organic form it seems that organic milk is probably one of the better products to use as an alternative Parkinson's disease treatment. Statistics have shown that people who drink large quantities of milk and other dairy products have a sixty percent increased risk for developing Parkinson's. To prevent the disease you may be able to simply go the other direction and consume less milk or simply change to organic milk to eliminate some of the toxins and pesticides that might not be found in organic milk.

Other Preventative Parkinson's Disease Treatments

In addition to avoiding large quantities of conventional milk and switching to organic milk you could also make the switch to organic in other kinds of foods. Right now many scientists believe there is a great tie in between pesticides and Parkinson's disease and thus consuming foods that are strictly organic may be one of the best things you can do to avoid early Parkinson's symptoms.

It's fairly important to prevent this disease because like all degenerative diseases it merely gets worse as it sets in. Not only that but Parkinson's disease is not completely considered the cause death in many people, it is merely a contributing factor to other conditions or accidents which end up being the deciding factor in longevity. This basically means that people with Parkinson's disease have much shorter life spans that other people and considering Parkinson's disease treatments are slim in the real world prevention is the best shot we've got.

If you think about it objectively your diet can increase your odds for developing Parkinson's disease by up to 60 percent and avoiding these pesticides and toxins can decrease you odds. This is in fact the best Parkinson's disease treatment we know of. Do what you can to prevent Parkinson's disease and go on with your life and live long.
