Angela Martin

Angela Martin is a 29 year old woman from Chicago. She has made it to the Hollywood Week audition round of American Idol three times consecutively in season's seven, eight and nine. In 2010, Idol season nine, Angela is in her last year of eligibility for the competition and she will have to overcome the personal challenges that have led her to drop out of the competition in the past.

Despite the fact that Angela Martin on American Idol has been a slight disappointment in the past, it is no fault of her own. Angela is an amazing signer that routinely has wowed the Idol judges. This is a fact and her talents indicate her amazing potential. Her problem has been the tragic luck that life throws at her, all of which has been out of her control.

In Season 7 of American Idol Angela martin had to drop out because her father was killed. In season 8 she had to drop out because of a mandatory court date that interfered with the show. Unfortunately season nine has seen more tragedy in that Angela Martin's mom went missing around the holidays and has yet to be found. Even still however Angela has continued her American idol dream… mostly because the health and care of her child depend on it.

Angela Martin on American Idol Season 9

Season nine of American Idol will be a fun event in that we can expect to see Angela make it through Hollywood week. In years past this has not been the case and Angela's time in the spotlight has been cut short. This season on American idol hopefully we can see Martin realize her full potential and make the top 20 and offer her talents to the voting public at large.

It is merely an opinion but I believe that Angela Martin will make the top 20 in season 9 and we will all get to fall in love with her and her talents. This year the joy of watch Angela Martin on American Idol can finally be realized and enjoyed. I for one will be her biggest fan and will be voting for here week after week so long as she is in the competition.

More than anyone else I know that Angela deserves to be in this competition and this does not merely rest on her personal circumstances. Her vocal talents are unmatched in the competition and she is as beautiful as they come. If you are unfamiliar with the ability of Angela I encourage you to tune in to the show and let her win you over.
