Checking current Houston apt offerings you will see the prices have risen sharply in the past six months. This is due to a high home foreclosure rate, and the inability to get a home mortgage without perfect credit currently. The only other alternative people have will be to move back in with their parents, find a home that is owner financed or rent one of the half a million apartments available in the Harris County area. The only problem is that monthly rents in Houston are equal to or above the average monthly home mortgage payments right now.

This has caused many to start searching the outskirts of H-Town for lower cost rental units that can no longer be found within the city. Katy, and Sugar Land offer little to no relief as they have also filled up pretty quickly, but heading north up the Interstate forty five corridor there are ample opportunities to find not cheap but reasonably priced apartments in Spring Texas. This however is a blessing in disguise as Spring is adjacent to the best planned community in the state, and living in or near The Woodlands is quite a step up in the quality of living arena.

Just a little further north there are Conroe apartments for rent, that are even more price friendly at some complexes, and still close enough to the Spring Woodlands area to have a very comfortable life. The commute may be longer, but the neighborhoods are safer, and the activities available are almost endless. Lake Conroe offers a playground for adults, and children in the way of great Bass fishing, casual boating, water skiing, and wake boarding. In addition, there are Jet Ski rentals dotting the shores of the lake for a fun filled day of just cruising this gigantic body of water.

Fortunately, the Hardy Toll Road can make a commute into Houston for work, a quick ride on most days and it connects to the Beltway 8, and 610 loop for easy navigation to any destination in the Houston Metroplex. Living close into work has never been a huge issue for Houstonians, and a daily drive time of forty five minutes to one hour each way is often more the norm, than the exception.

Apartments in Spring TX are well priced for just about any household budget, and offer simple, yet safe and professionally run properties that are considered cost effective, and then there are the five star resort apartment communities that overflow to The Woodlands and Conroe for a level of personal lifestyle that many have never known before.
