Apple Cider Vinegar for Bacterial Vaginosis? Does it work?

3)    The most effective way to eliminate the problem of bacterial vaginosis is to douche with a mixture of 1-2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar along with 2 cups warm water once every day for a week. These three methods can be most effective if used simultaneously for a minimum of one week.

Dietary changes also help eliminate bacterial vaginosis symptoms

The addition of green leafy vegetables as well as fruits and whole grains as found in breads will strengthen the body’s immunity as well as make a far healthier environment for a woman’s body and enable her to fight off infections from such maladies as bacterial vaginosis permanently. Avoiding white sugar, white bread and flour, pasta, and “junk” foods while also consuming at least the minimum daily requirements of vitamins and minerals will help insure a healthy body that can effectively fight off most diseases.
