Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a common gastrointestinal disorder. Although common, it is a stomach problem that many don’t talk about. The problem lies within the organs or intestines which appear to be healthy but do not function properly. One major sign of this disorder is having stomach pain that does not go away until you have a bowel movement. Other symptoms may include bloating, stomach pain, cramping, constipation, diarrhea, or nausea.

Women are more likely to get IBS than men. Those with family members who have this condition are at a higher risk to get it as well. IBS can be quite unpleasant not to mention an inconvenience, therefore, what can be done to find relief?

Apple Cider Vinegar

According to Braggs.com, It is recommended that an individual take the ACV cocktail three times a day for maximum results. The cocktail consists of 1 to 2 teaspoons of organic raw ACV mixed with 1 to 2 teaspoons of raw honey in a glass of distilled water.

Then monitor your diet to see if this helps or if further investigating is needed. Some foods that may cause your IBS to flare up may include:
