This sounds like a really good book, and laying flat is a better idea. I dont know how many times while reading a recipe the page has turned and nearly made a mistake by putting the wrong ingredient. Nearly did this. thanks for sharing.

My favorite reading is a cookbook. Going try and find this one. Sounds like my kind of book.
