Beautiful Baby Soft Skin for under $12 a Month

By Edited Dec 4, 2013 0 0

Many spend hundreds and Thousands of dollars for expensive skin care products, medical treatments and exfoliating products, but what they dont realize is all this can be done under the roof of their own home avoiding trips to Spas and Skin care Product stores. Mother Nature has abundance of wealth for us in the form of Fruits, Vegetables, Herbs and all the Natural products. Here is how I was able to nourish and moisturize baby soft skin with under $10 a month

Milk and Sugar Scrub Bath: For this bath one would need the following ingredients

  • 1/2 Gallon of Milk ( Whole Milk or Fat Free Depending on the level of Moisturization)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • Essential Oil

Use a mild soap and clean your skin and wash away with water. Mix 1/2 Gallon of Milk in a Bucket of hot water.Take a mug and wash yourself with the milk water from the Bucket. Now Apply the Sugar scrub all over your body and let it sit for 3 to 4 mins. Sugar is a fantastic exfoliating agent. Its Glycolic acid properties produce amazing results and make the skin baby smooth. Wash the Sugar scrub with the Milk water from the Bucket. After you finish your Milk Bath, take a quick Wash of Luke warm water to remove the residue of Oils. Mind you If you would like to leave your skin a bit oily and avoid applying moisturizer, this is very good. But if you don't like the feel of oil, wash with luke warm water. Using whole milk will make your skin more oily. Instead substitute with fat free milk. You can add essential oils like Rosemary or Lavender to give a fragrant feel.

Coconut Milk Bath: Mix a can of coconut milk in a Bucket of water and follow the above procedure. Coconut milk has excellent skin moisturizing properties

A 1/2 Gallon of Milk costs less than two dollars and If done once a week the Milk and Sugar bath would cost less than $10 and the Coconut Bath would cost less than $5 a month.

Take care of your skin the natural way and save thousands of dollars. Each dollar saved is a dollar earned :). Happy Baby Skin!
