Beginner Acoustic Guitars For Sale

Any true guitar player will remember their first guitar as a bright and vivid image. Almost every famous guitar player goes as far as having their first acoustic guitar framed and hung on their wall. However, aside from all of the positive memories, I am sure that these guitar players will also remember how difficult it was for them to choose their first acoustic guitar; with so many different sounds, options, and features it becomes hard to decide. As an experienced guitar player I have written this article to help you when you choose your first beginner acoustic guitar for sale. There are a plethora of beginner acoustic guitars for sale to choose from, and this article will show you what features, designs, and sounds you should be looking for when you buy your first beginner acoustic guitar for sale.

6 String Beginner Acoustic Guitars For Sale

The 6 string version of the acoustic guitar is the most common version of all beginner acoustic guitars for sale; it has the most basic guitar structure, and is the easiest to learn on. Some popular brand names of beginner acoustic guitars for sale are Seagull, Fender, Martin, and some Gibson models. You should choose which beginner acoustic guitar to buy by determining a few factors; some include price, design, sounds, and ease of use. These guitars that are listed below are all priced within a decent range, designed in a basic manner that makes them easy to learn on, have a basic sound that can easily be related to notes, and are fairly easy to use. It is the combination of the above factors that make the following models the best available beginner acoustic guitars for sale. You should be extremely pleased if you decide to buy any of the following models of beginner acoustic guitars for sale:

Seagull S6 $497.99

Fender CD-140S $299.99

Fender DG-8S $299.99

Martin LX1 $299.99

Larrivee D-05 $1249.99

Although all of these models of beginner acoustic guitars for sale roughly have the same features, it will ultimately be your own personal preference that will allow you to decide which one you will purchase. You may want a beginner acoustic guitar in a color that only one of the models are available in, so you may have to choose that one; however, you will be absolutely happy with whichever model you end up choosing.

12 String Beginner Acoustic Guitars For Sale

12 string beginner acoustic guitars for sale are not as common as their 6 string sisters; this is mainly because they produce a harmonic sound that is not commonly heard in mainstream music. I would definitely not suggest learning how to play guitar on a 12 string beginner acoustic guitar; but rather learning how to play on a 6 string beginner acoustic guitar, and then learning the techniques on a 12 string beginner acoustic guitar when you feel comfortable. These 12 string beginner acoustic guitars follow the same rules as their 6 string sisters in that they all relatively have the same design, price range, ease of use, and sound variance; you will be more than satisfied with whichever one that you choose. You should be extremely pleased if you decide to buy any of the following models of beginner acoustic guitars for sale

Ibanez SGT122 Sage $284.99

Fender CD100 $279.99

Epiphone DR212 $282.99

Guild F412 Jumbo $2549.99

Takamine EF381SC $1199.99

All of these acoustic guitars will satisfy your wants and needs; however, you may be more pleased with the features that one of these offers and the others lack. These beginner acoustic guitars for sale were chosen for this list because they will allow you to pick up the basic skills of the instrument relatively easier than other models, while still remaining at an affordable price. Pick whichever acoustic guitar, and start learning :)

Used Beginner Acoustic Guitars For Sale

There are also many used beginner acoustic guitars for sale; sometimes people decide to stop playing, others decide to change their guitar, and others would sometimes simply rather have the money than the guitar. You should generally expect to pay anywhere between 60-75 percent of the original price when buying a used beginner acoustic guitar for sale. Areas that you should look for wear and tear are the frets, drum, and body of the acoustic guitar. You should ensure that there are absolutely no dents because even the smallest dent can significantly alter the sound that the acoustic guitar produces. Once you have ensured that there are no flaws in the acoustic guitar that you would like to buy, you can assess the price to determine if it is fair. Some wear and tear, such as old strings or faded stain on the wood, are acceptable, but a decrease in the price should generally warrant the wear of the guitar. The most important thing is to ensure that you will be satisfied with your purchase; there is no point in saving $50 over the other guitar, when you would have clearly enjoyed the more expensive one much more! Once you have satisfied all of the above criteria, you can go ahead and make your purchase of the used beginner acoustic guitar for sale!

Buying a beginner acoustic guitar that is for sale can be a significant purchase for anybody that is serious about playing the acoustic guitar. It can be a rather expensive purchase, and research must be done before completing that purchase. This article provides examples for each type of beginner acoustic guitar for sale; you do not have to purchase one of these ones specifically, but they should model what features you should be looking for!

Good list of options for beginners! I taught myself how to play, beginning with a six string and now mainly playing on an acoustic 12-string. Guitar is a great instrument to take up playing as a hobby.
