When choosing your favorite nuts make sure to go for the unsalted raw type.

In addition, drinking this tea will eliminate toxins, and remove excess salt from your body. Removing these elements from your body is a great way to kick-start any health plan. This tea may not have the most pleasing taste, but adding a little honey or sugar should improve that.
