To the skin, oil from coconut is very beneficial to our skin and very useful for protecting our skin from aging effects. Vitamin E is a compound substance containing mixed Tocopherol tocotrienols. In natural palm oil, alpha, beta, gamma, and delta-Tocopherol and alpha, beta, gamma, and delta-tocotrienols composes the said oil. There are on no account other sources that contain Vitamin E this much.
