Best Cardio Workout Ever! | 3 Mins A Day

What is Cardio? Cardio is an exercise that creates a fast heart rate while maintain a consistent body motion, such as running, swimming, or playing an active sport. StreamlineInfo has found a cardio workout that only takes 3 minutes a day but is guaranteed to push you to your limit!

This cardiovascular workout is called the M-100’s. It is better than running, biking, or the majority of any other cardio workouts, and the best part is there is no equipment required. The reason why this workout is so much more effective is because it works many different muscle groups while simultaneously burns calories. Its an EXTREME cardiovascular exercise that will burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time. This workout will contribute to your daily routine with a boost of energy as well as getting you closer to your ideal weight.

I will outline the basic pattern of the workout and then I'll detail each one.

Squat Thrust

This exercise in particular is the hardest part of the workout. It begins by standing straight up. You then bend your knees and you get down in a push-up position. And then bring yours knees up to your chest and stand back up. You repeat this 10 times at the beginning of your workout. The total amount of times you do this in your workout is 40 times.

Mountain Climbers

This exercise is possibly the easiest one in this workout. All you do is crouch down into a push-up position and bring one knee up to your chest and then bring the other knee up to your chest while dropping the other one back. Just like your climbing a mountain. This exercise is done 30 times total in your workout.

 

 

Squat Jump

This exercise is the easiest one to grasp. All you do is stand up with your hands on your waist and jump in the air. When you come back down from land you should pulse your body up and down a little bit to prepare for the next jump. This exercise is done 30 times total during the M-100 workout.

 

 

 

 

There you go! This workout can replace all other cardio workouts! It is a very difficult workout so do not give up the first few attempts. It takes a little while for your body to adjust to it but the results are worth the effort! We will post a video below of the workout in action!
