Another quality immersion blender is the Breville BSB510XL, this blender offers a revolutionary shape and the ribbing on the internal parts keeps from sucking ingredients into the blender which allows me to have more control and better blending. It has an 8" immersion depth that makes it great for tall pots or for large quantities that you need to mix. The adjustable speeds and the non scratch casing are also a couple of the features that I liked.
KitchenAid offers the KitchenAid 3 Speed Immersion Blender that has 3 speeds. It's a sharp looking blender with it's stainless steel detail and it also has 3 plastic mixing cups that come with it. The warranty on this blender is only a year but I found it fine for light blending work.
