Airsoft can be quite an expensive sport once you start to get really in to it. You will soon start to buy the best guns or the best camouflage gear. If you end up spending a few hundred dollars on an Airsoft gun you probably have gotten the a very quality made airsoft gun. Its not to say that all quality gun are expensive, you can find deals on a quality gun for a really great price. It's a matter of researching and looking for places to find these deals and sometimes you have to think outside the box. The first place I always like to check out is various Airsoft games. I don't just go to a game just to play Airsoft, I sometime will go to a game to see if anyone is willing to sell their airsoft gun for dirty cheap. The concept here is that typically these Airsoft players are always buying new and better guns, so what do they do with their old Airsoft gun? Nothing! Most times it just sit at their home collecting dust. I've seen Airsoft player bring their old gun to games to get rid of them by selling it for a very low price. The idea here is that they already own a brand new airsoft gun and just need to get rid of their old gun right away. This is when you swoop in and make a deal with them, most of the time they will sell it at whatever price you ask for but don't be asking for a price that is unreasonable.

Craigslist is just like going to a Airsoft game and scoping out for great deals on Airsoft guns but with Craigslist you are searching in nearby city or county for people selling used or new Airsoft guns. Similar to the mentality of the Airsoft players at the games trying to get rid of their gun, people on Craigslist are in the similar mindset. They just need to get rid of they Airsoft sniper rifle or airsoft revolver because they just bought a new gun or just need to sell it for the extra money. The joy about Craigslist is that you can find someone selling an Airsoft gun right in your neighborhood.

EBay probably a site you already have known about. It's the biggest online auction site, where millions and millions of people flock on to it to either sell or buy items. EBay can be tricky to find a good deal on Airsoft guns but with enough research and determination you'll be able to score a sweet deal on a high quality gun. My secret to finding the best Airsoft guns on EBay is by typing in typo of the brand name or model name of the gun you are looking to buy. There's a site called FatFingers.com which basically finds all the typo for the word you enter and searches eBay for them. I can't tell you how many expensive brand name Airsoft guns I found for cheap! The best part is that these typo don't get bids on them because they are spelled wrong and only way people will find these auction is they accidentally miss-spelled whatever they were searching for.
