The Pancake Bakery

The Dutch love pancakes and the Pancake Bakery is a typical Dutch pancake house, which is built inside a beautiful historic house at the Prinsengracht, one of the main Amsterdam canals in the center, close to the famous tourist attractions Anne Frank House and Westerkerk. The Pancake Bakery is a real fun place to go and they serve the finest pancakes in the city.

The Pancake Bakery is open daily from 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM.

Nomads

Nomads at the Rozengracht is a restaurant in Amsterdam that draws its inspiration from the Arabian nomad culture. Nomads offers a varying menu of authentic Arabian dishes, prepared by top chefs with international experience. The restaurant has a special, pleasant atmosphere with remarkable table settings and lighting, you can sit or lay down in a very relaxed way. The waiters and waitresses are very friendly and dressed in typical Arabian clothes. Special attention should be given to the music. The Nomads DJ blends Arabic elements with contemporary western dance music.

Nomads is open daily from 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM and from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.

Fifteen Amsterdam
Fifteen Amsterdam is no ordinary restaurant. It is based on the successful concept of Jamie Oliver’s restaurant Fifteen in London, and continues his vision which is to give 15-20 youngsters every year the opportunity to change their lives and train to become chefs. Fifteen Amsterdam is a large restaurant, but also offers plenty of atmosphere and intimacy enabling you to have a great evening.

Fifteen uses fresh, seasonal and sustainably produced ingredients, preferably from local farmers and their menu changes every three weeks.

Fifteen Amsterdam is open for lunch from Monday through Saturday from 12.00 p.m. until 3.00 p.m. and for dinner from Monday through Sunday from 5.30 p.m. until 01.00 a.m.

Le Restaurant

Le Restaurant is a small restaurant where you can dine in a relaxed friendly atmosphere and definitely one of the best restaurants in Amsterdam. They have a fixed menu, where dishes are made from beautiful and pure ingredients. Le Restaurant Amsterdam was awarded a Michelin star for its excellent food and ranks high in various restaurant lists in The Netherlands.

The kitchen of Le Restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

Sucre Restaurant

You can find Sucre in a trendy location in Amsterdam South and going to this restaurant means an evening of fine dining on a high level. The chef has taken his international experience from all over the world to his restaurant and the friendly and professional service gives good wine recommendations.

Sucre is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM for lunch and from 7 PM to 11 PM for dinner.

Reservations

I just went to Amsterdam. I don't think I went to any of these places. I guess I need to go back!
