King Hans’ Cellar (Kong Hans Kælder)

King Hans’ Cellar or Kong Hans Kælder like the Danish people call it, is one of the oldest gourmet establishments in Copenhagen and this restaurant offers the classic French cuisine with a twist, using exclusive ingredients like caviar, fine vegetables, truffles, lobster and various meat and fish.

Noma is the most famous restaurant in Copenhagen and is the only restaurant in Denmark with two Michelin stars. It was also ranked best restaurant in the world in 2010 and 2011.
