By Edited Oct 16, 2016 0 0

Are you looking for hotel accommodations in Sydney? If so, you might just be a little overwhelmed by the choices you've got. However, take heart, because this article is going to tell you about hotels available within the central business district. You can also stay in several sections in Sydney CBD.

First, there is the section known as the Rocks. This is an upscale part of town with many luxurious hotels. It's within a beautiful historic area; stay here if you can afford it, as it will be well worth the price.

Next is the Town Hall or Wynyard section. This is a busy part of town focused on business. Here, you can find restaurants, bars, cinemas and shops. Nightlife is abundant and ongoing. If this is something you're into, choose your hotel near here.

The next section is Central/Broadway. This is where most students stay, as it is home to the University and TAFE campus. Here, hotels are cheaper and bars and restaurants are abundant. You can also find some great bargain shopping here.

Next is Darling Harbour, which is a beautiful location and has a significant focus on nightlife. Again, if this is something you want to come he should choose to stay here.

East Sydney is next, with each includes Kings Cross and Darlinghurst. It's not necessarily part of the central business district, but it's close enough for easy access. This is considered the "chic" part of town.

It's easy to walk the length of the central business district in about 40 minutes. To get the East Sydney, it's about a 20 to 30 minute walk, or you can drive or take a train to the Kings Cross station.

One excellent hotel choice available in the Rocks is the Harbour rocks Hotel. It has a four-star rating and a boutique. If your vacation is not at peak time, it might be a bargain to stay here. There's also the Park Hyatt here in the Rocks area.

Around Wynyard, you'll find the Four Seasons Hotel, which is another upscale establishment. Some rooms have a spectacular view of the Harbour, so you should make sure to book early if you want one of these.

For those on a more modest budget, the Broadway University Motor Inn is a great choice at the south end of the city.

For those staying at Darling Harbour, there's the Crowne Plaza on Day Street or the Novotel Rockford for something a little bit more modestly priced.

Formule 1 Hotel Kings Cross on William Street in Kings Cross offers rooms at cost less than $100 a night. This area also has the Leisure Inn Suites and Springfield Lodge.

As you can see, it's easy to stay in Sydney no matter what your budget is. There are plenty of hotel accommodations available in every price range.
