Bob Harper's E-Diet Plan?
We know Bob Harper, as the kindly and compassionate fitness trainer on The "Biggest Loser". However, when he is not helping overweight individuals who have lost control of their lives because of their obesity, he's writing books and doing interviews in magazines, especially Women's magazines, to help ordinary men and women. Bob Harper has authored a few books, developed fitness plans that you can do at home, developed an effective weight loss pill (when used in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise), and developed different weight loss programs to help you lose weight and maintain weight.
In his book "Are You Ready," Bob Harper helps dieters understand the underlying reasons behind their over indulgence in food. He provides great strategies to help you overcome these obstacles and impediments to healthy weight by helping you get to the root of the physical and emotional reasons that hold you back from achievement. He states that by confronting the emotional issues that cause an imbalance in your eating habits and cause you to over eat, you will be taking the first and most essential step to effective and permanent weight loss. Until you confront these emotional challenges, then dieting is a waste of time. Some of the emotional issues he asks you to face include: not blaming others for your problems and condition, facing your fears, forgiving yourself, trusting yourself and familiarizing yourself with things that make you relax. Actually, if you have ever seen where Bob and Gillian take contestants aside and start digging into their emotional past, to help them get past the barrier and sometimes rendering them inconsolable as the flood gates open, it seems much like that.
In "Are You Ready," you are given a four-step plan that will allow you not only to identify those emotional barriers, but help you eliminate them, for an emotionally healthier and happier you. Bob Harper teaches you how to eat healthier, after you have overcome your emotional issues. As a part of his "Are You Ready," diet program, you eat 6 meals a day of healthy, nutritionally balanced food (So You are actually eating more to lose weight). With the tackling of emotional barriers that caused you to gain weight, plus a healthy, nutritionally sound menu, you should see the pounds start to melt off.
Bob Harper says that addressing the emotional issues that cause people to overeat is fundamental because until this occurs, dieting is an exercise in futility. In this book he provides dieters with a four-step strategy that will allow them to identify and eliminate negative thought patterns and behaviors, while at the same time working on improving self-esteem and confidence.
In addition, Bob suggests you do 20 to 60 minutes of exercise daily. Frist by starting out with low intensity and then increasing in intensity, combining cardio and exercises designed to tone and strengthen. You've seen "The Biggest Loser." However, his exercises are much more lay-person friendly and certainly not as intense as "The Biggest Loser" gym. He suggests you eat lots of berries (blueberries, strawberries, etc), yogurt, cottage cheese, salmon, eggs, chicken, flax seed and other seeds, olive oil, fish oil and turkey.
Bob also has a weight loss pill called Bob Harper's Smart Weight Loss," that is designed to be added to any weight loss regimen to enhance the results. Bob Harper's Smart Weight Loss Pills is said to have similar effects to Both Dr. Oz's ideas of African Mango natural weight loss pills and Safflower oil's effect on belly fat in a weight loss program.

In a 2010 interview with "The Vegan Times," Bob Harper says he has gone vegan. So in his new book "The Skinny Rules: The Simple, Nonnegotiable Principles for Getting to Thin," he still encourages you to eat protein at every meal, however he now encourages you to make one day a week a "meatless" day.
