Having a toaster will make your life a lot easier. Having a good toaster will make it a lot easier. The Breville Lift and Look Touch Toaster is a high rated toaster that will get the job done, but it also adds a bit more so that you can really enjoy using it.

The Breville Lift and Look Touch Toaster features button controls that work with a single touch. This is done through a motorized carriage. Some of the controls include a toast button to lower the toast into the toaster, a bit more to toast it just a little longer, a bagel setting which will toast the inside but not burn the other side, a defrost setting, and the lift and look feature. The lift and look will bring the toast up and allow you to have a look at it to make adjustments to the toasting settings. A simple slide control allows you to adjust how much browning that you want and an LED toasting progress indicator light makes knowing how it is going without looking a lot easier. This toaster can toast up to 4 slices of toast and has wide slots to toast breads and bagels. This toaster is a little over 7 inches wide by 15.5 inches deep and nearly 8” tall.

The Breville Lift and Look Touch Toaster is a very large toaster, but because it has two long slots instead of four short ones it actually takes up less space than the standard four slice toaster. It can handle thicker breads, round loafs, and longer breads then a traditional toaster. It also makes taking bread, English muffins, and bagels from the freezer really easy. It has an easy to use crumb tray making clean up easy and the outside of the unit stays cool to the touch so you don't have to worry about burning yourself. The size and shape of this toaster allows you to toast bread, bagels, English muffins, hot dog buns, and even sandwich rolls. It also takes the item in deep so that it all gets toasted rather than having tall breads and other items sticking out the top and needing to be flipped over in order to toast it.

The Breville Lift and Look Touch Toaster uses energy even when not in use. It will draw about 1 watt of energy a day and over the course of its life will waste power. Additionally, because of its length the toaster sticks out a long way from the wall and that in turn limits the workspace that you have between you and the toaster. The final complaint that people have is that this is only available in a single color and finish choice. You can only get the white and it would be really nice to have a few color options.

The Breville Lift and Look Touch Toaster is definitely not a cheap toaster. However, it has all the features that you might want in a toaster and more. You will find yourself toasting more breads and rolls and enjoying your toasted items even more because you can perfect every piece of bread that you put into this toaster.
