The Broil King Griddle is a griddle that is used by many professionals. The griddle I love the most, maybe because I have used it, is the Broil King PCG-10 Professional Griddle. I will give you the specs on this and a few other great Broil King griddles below.

  • Features rear legs that lift and enable the drippings to drain away form the food while cooking
  • Heats up to 425 degrees F
  • 1500 Watts

  • Constructed of a heavy cast aluminum nonstick surface
  • 21 x 12 Inches
  • Cool-touch handles
Basically all the Broil King Griddle, professional and traditional, are basically made the same, except you get some extra features such as the backsplash, the tilt legs, etc. They are perfect for making an entire breakfast at once, or feeding a large crowd.

I have noticed in Broil King Griddle, and have read in many of the reviews I have read that they tend to have a hot spot on the left. I typically use this side to cook the ham or sausage, and use the cooler side for the pancakes and eggs. All in all, this is a great griddle, and would recommend it to my friends.
