When you get home after a long day at work, you don't have to go shopping on your way back. You get home knowing that all the ingredients you need are available. You just need to add a little olive oil into the frying pan and throw the ingredients, spices, salt etc, into it. In no time, you will have a meal ready for your family. Plan ahead and think big

There is no reason why cooking should be spontaneous. If you are a busy mother, you need to plan ahead. Get your family involved. Train them to be useful around the house.
