Any pet owner looking to buy frontline should really consider the new frontline plus as their top choice. Frontline plus has a number of advantages over the regular frontline and for the extra minimal cost it gives a much more comprehensive treatment against fleas and ticks.

Here is what the new frontline plus does.

As well as eliminating adult fleas frontline plus also kills all developing stages of the flea. This is a marked improvement and could mean that you will actually not need to use it as often as regular frontline. Because it gets rid of flea eggs, flea larvae and all other intermediate stages of the flea, it means the cycle of the fleas life is very effectively broken.

What this means is that because the young fleas are not allowed to reach maturity there is a very significant decrease in the flea population. This means that each time we apply the frontline we are lowering the number of adult fleas that can reproduce quite considerably.

In a fairly short space of time we may well realise that there are simply no more fleas and we can then quite considerably extend the period between applications.

When you buy frontline this is certainly worth thinking about. As well as being more effective against all aspects of the flea we are also getting the protection against ticks. Ticks can be a major problem in some areas and the fact that frontline so effectively eliminates them is great news for pet owners.

If you buy frontline online, ensure that you are getting good prices. You should see that there is now minimal difference in price between the regular frontline and frontline plus. This really is by far the most popular flea and tick treatment and should be a main consideration if you ever have flea problems on your pets or in the home.

It will become active very rapidly after application and the main thing you need to be aware of is that your pet should not get wet for a day after theliquid or spray is applied. This give the body time to correctly protect your Dog or Cat and for it to be spread evenly over the entire surface of your pet.

This is about all you need to be aware of to ensure it works properly. If you are going to use frontline then consider frontline plus when you buy frontline.

Last month I discovered fleas on a cat that I had just treated several days earlier with the Bio Spot. It was time to break out the big guns so I headed to the veterinarian's office to purchase Frontline Plus For Cats. It worked as thoroughly and as quickly as the company promised. I checked their coats one week and four weeks after application and there still were no fleas on the cats which was a wonderful thing. This product is expensive, there's no denying that. But when you're dealing with tough fleas that aren't killed by the cheaper treatments, Frontline Flea Cat is what you need.

Catmate, it definitely works, no doubt about it. It can be expensive. If you follow my links and bookmark the frontline medicine site I run then you will definitely be able to get it a lot cheaper than from the vets. You could save quite a lot over the course of a year or so.
