Cellulite Exercise Tips

By | 0 Comments | Rating: 0 | |

A healthy diet is very much essential for people to maintain their body weight, and excess body weight is one of the main causes of cellulite. Apart from using different products for reducing cellulite, one of the single most important things to do is exercise. However, there is no single cellulite exercise that will perform miracles on your body if it is not part of a combined effort of healthy dieting as well.

There are two types of exercises to reduce cellulite; they are Aerobic/cardiovascular (exercise like power walking, running and swimming) and anaerobic exercise like weight lifting. Weight lifting will be useful to build muscle tissues in the body, which is helpful in burning fat in the targeted area.

There are several alternatives when you exercise to get rid of cellulite. This may include working on your own or consulting a trainer. Aerobic and anaerobic exercises can be performed separately or in conjunction with one another as part of the same routine. However, it would be wiser to do them on separate days.

This is because they are both working you out but in different ways. Aerobic exercise is mainly for the heart and cardiovascular system to improve. Anaerobic is more geared towards building lean muscle. They both, however, will be helpful for cellulite reduction.

When doing exercises to get rid of cellulite, it is better to focus on areas of the body where cellulite is normally found like the thighs. In women, the thighs are the area where most of the fat in the body is gathered, which is why cellulite is most commonly found there. Some good exercises for this area include stiff-legged dead lifts, lunges, and leg curls. Combine these exercises with a lean diet, and you will start to see results, not only to get rid of cellulite, but overall improved health. There are many cellulite exercises and myths, and hopefully this article will have cleared some up for you.
