By | 1 Comments | Rating: 0 | |

Most women suffer from cellulite on their legs. This is an undesirable skin condition that gives the skin an orange peel look. Most of the time it's only on the thighs but sometimes it reaches the calves. You would be surprised to know that it is not mainly caused because someone is overweight. Some the skinniest women have cellulite problems.

It has something to do with uneven fibers that attach the skin to the muscle. Some of these fibers are shorter than others and they do not extend like the longer ones do when weight gain occurs. This causes the fat that is in between the muscles and the skin to bulge out in some places resulting in a lumpy appearance. In combination with poor circulation you get cellulite on legs.

Some women have such minor conditions where they can get away with smooth skin if they self tan. It is a fact that if you darken your skin you can conceal cellulite. With lighter paler skin this condition can appear even worse and can make you look much older.

You can also try some anti-cellulite products that claim to get rid of cellulite. Many women say they get good results using cellulite patches and anti-cellulite lotions. Keep trying a variety of different things; just remember that individual products work differently for each person. Search for something that is right for you. There are more extreme and more expensive techniques that remove cellulite. These methods include anesthesia and surgery. Sometimes these surgeries are unsuccessful with unsatisfying results. This should really be the last resort after having tried exercise and anti-cellulite diets.

There are many exercises designed for cellulite on legs. Detoxify your system and maintain a healthy diet that consists of raw food. If you are committed you should begin to notice your legs quickly getting smoother and tighter. Your shorts will begin to get shorter and shorter. Don't let cellulite run your life you can conquer it if you have the will.
