The Parker Urban is a cheap fountain pen which comes in an assortment of various colors and styles. As mentioned earlier, this cheap Parker fountain pen is supplied with a cartridge. That said, you can also opt to use a Parker converter without any problems. There was no noticeable difference in the performance of this fountain pen when either bottled ink or a cartridge was used.

This is a fairly cheap fountain pen and for a minimal amount of money, you will get a reliable and comfortable fountain pen which will last you for many years.
