Cheap Gaming Laptops - If you are on the market for gaming laptop deals and you are working with a very tight budget, you’ve come to the right spot!

Hardcore and professional gamers may discourage you, but it is very possible to get a gaming laptop that’s friendly to your bank account. But before you get your hopes up, the affordable laptops listed here are not meant to fully cater to the very demanding and intensive RPG, FSP, or RTS games of today.

These laptops, however, carry enough firepower and processing muscle that allow you to play these games you love at their lowest quality / settings. And, come on! With a low price range ($500 or lower), this can fit into anybody’s budget.

The attractive price is almost unbeatable. From Amazon, you can get it for less than $500 and it could easily cost $600-800 at other offline stores. To make the deal even sweeter, the performance it delivers certainly isn’t cheap!

The strongest and biggest selling point of this affordable gaming laptop is the visual experience it delivers. Compared to other cheap but high-quality gaming laptops, the graphics are simply amazing…period! It’s great for watching movies while you are on the go; good enough for gaming at the lowest-to-medium quality settings; and decent for a bit of video editing.

The overall design is very smooth and classy. The build feels sturdy, and the keyboard-controlled lighting is very much appreciated. The noise level is next to nothing so you get very minimal disruption when running programs and playing PC games.

For those of you who use old programs that are not compatible with the installed Windows 8 OS, you’d love the fact that this is one of those cheap gaming laptops that can run Windows 98, 2000, XP as well as Vista programs while in compatibility mode.

One of the best affordable gaming laptops out there that’s powerful enough to do just about anything. While it’s to be expected that the graphics and sound quality you get from this Asus laptop is not top-tier, it’s way above decent for many users, even for gamers.

A Note On RAM: It comes with 4GB DDR3 RAM – enough for your normal daily computing demands. However, you may want to give it an extra boost by adding another 4GB of RAM if you play A LOT.

The touch and feel of the affordable gamer’s laptop is really nice and robust. For an Intel i5-powered laptop, it’s really light and can easily be taken to gaming conferences and events. Not to mention the minimalist, but still classy, design makes it attractive.

The operating system installed is the latest Windows 8, which has garnered mixed reviews. Many hate the massive changes in the Windows interface. However, should you spend some time exploring the tools and the ins and outs of this new OS, you’ll find that its really easy to use.

Oh! Last but not the least, this Asus laptops comes with a 1-year Accidental Damage Protection, which is very useful if you are the sort of user who spills drinks on their machine and drops it more times than you care to count.

It has a handful of shortcomings (as expected of cheap gaming laptops), but the performance it delivers and its price far outweigh the cons.

Gamers hardly stick with the core features when they buy laptops, and the nice thing about this Acer Aspire lappy is that it has enough room for upgrades.

It comes with two RAM slots and, if you have the technical skills, you can easily install two 8GB SODIMMs. The 16GB RAM gives you enough processing and gaming power. If you want to take graphics optimization to another level and have the cash for it, you can spend a little bit more to get the memory clocked at 1600MHz.

As for the hard drive, it is spacious enough for basic programs plus a few PC games. It may not be enough, however, if you download a lot of movies, TV series, etc. At 5400 RPM, it might be a little slow for programs like Photoshop, Camtasia, etc. that require a lot of data.

Battery life is average compared to other cheap gaming laptops. With a fully charged battery, you get 4 hours out of it, and that can easily step up a notch if you are conservative with PC use. For best results battery-wise, you want to tone down the brightness a bit.

As for the keyboard, it’s not backlit but it’s still nice. Typing on it is easy and comfortable, and the well-positioned and right-sized trackpad is always a plus. Together with above-average and clear sound quality, display that’s great to look at, and enough ports, buying this Acer Aspire laptop is a good investment.

Thanks to its very manageable size and stylish looks, this is one of the cheap gaming laptops from Sony that you’d love to carry around.

The keyboard is one of its main highlights – its backlit and, along with the rest of this lappy, has a very classy feel to it…it’s way better than other brands. Along with that, the keys are spaced apart at the right amount. They’re not clumped up, but not too far apart to make you feel uncomfortable.

The battery life is another strong point, and it’s A LOT better than what’s listed. This means you spend more time playing PC games (which is why you’re here in the first place), rather than charging it.

There are a few things it could have done better like having more hard drive space (it’s at 350GB), and maybe a faster processor. But all in all, you’re still getting more for your money.

Really fast, more than sufficient hard drive space, built-in SD card reader, and magnificent sound quality – what’s not to like about this HP Pavillon laptop!?

The display quality, just like its sound quality, deserves two thumbs up. It’s very brilliant and delivers rich colors. Not to mention the size is just about right. At 17.3 inches, it lets you play casual games, watch videos, while still easy to carry and move around.

Powered with the Intel Core i3-2370M plus 6GB DDR3 RAM, it’s fast enough to keep up with the latest PC games at low-to-medium settings.

With a 750GB hard drive, this cheap gaming laptop takes a step back from the usual 1TB found in most gaming laptops. It should be sufficient, though, for keeping your games, downloaded movies and TV series, basic productivity and office programs, plus some more all in one space
